Our office requires 2 business days notice, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for any rescheduled appointments or cancellations. The clinic only allows scheduled appointments, so when a patient cancels without giving enough notice or is late to an appointment, it prevents another patient from being seen.

A cancel/no-show or late appointment fee of $25 will apply per scheduled appointment. This fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due at the time of your next visit.

As a reminder, if the appointment is on Monday, please inform us by Thursday; if the appointment is on Tuesday, please inform us by Friday to avoid any fees. The late policy will apply if a patient is 15 minutes late past the scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to modify an appointment if the patient does not confirm via text, phone call or email 2 business days prior to the appointment. Two or more occurrences of a canceled or no show/ missed appointment may result in possible discharge of care and are advised to seek alternative offices that could better accommodate the patient’s schedule.
